What we do not promise: a specific result. Results vary from person to person and are discussed during the consultation.

  1. What is UroFill® and how does it differ from other techniques?

The patented UroFill® penile girth enhancement technique is a non-surgical injection technique protected by a European patent (granted in 2024). It was developed by Dr Paul Perito, urologist, and is performed worldwide exclusively by certified urologists with specific training. In Belgium, Dr Sam Ward is the only UroFill®-certified urologist.

  2. Who can perform a UroFill® treatment?

UroFill® treatments may only be performed by urologists with a specific UroFill® certification. This sets the technique apart from other injection procedures offered by non-specialised doctors. A background in urology guarantees in-depth knowledge of the anatomy and of the safety of the procedure.

  3. Is a UroFill® treatment right for me?

This is determined during a personal medical consultation. Not every candidate is suitable. The indication depends on your anatomy, health and expectations. A treatment is never offered as standard without a prior assessment.

  4. What happens during a consultation with Dr Sam Ward?

During the consultation, Dr Ward discusses your personal situation, goals and expectations. He explains what is realistically achievable, discusses possible alternatives, risks and side effects, and informs you about the expected process and aftercare. Only then do you decide together whether a treatment is appropriate.

  5. What are the possible side effects or risks?

As with any medical procedure, side effects are possible, including temporary swelling, bruising or irregularities in the tissue. These usually disappear within one to two weeks. All risks are discussed in detail and documented during the consultation.

  6. How long does the procedure take and is it painful?

The procedure itself is relatively short and is performed under local anaesthesia. Most patients can resume their normal activities immediately afterwards. The exact duration and comfort during the procedure are discussed during the consultation, as they can vary from person to person.

  7. Are the results permanent?

The filler used, based on hyaluronic acid, is biocompatible and biodegradable. Results are not permanent and their duration varies from person to person depending on individual factors. This is discussed in detail during the consultation so that you can make a well-informed decision.

  8. Why is a urologist the right specialist for this procedure?

A urologist has thorough surgical and anatomical knowledge of the urogenital system. That matters for injection procedures in the genital area, where knowledge of the anatomy contributes directly to the safety of the procedure. Dr Sam Ward combines this urological expertise with a specific UroFill® certification.

  9. Where does the treatment take place?

Consultations and treatments take place at Arsenal Clinic, Boulevard Louis Schmidt 2B, 1040 Brussels (Etterbeek). This is a clinical medical environment that meets all safety and hygiene standards.

  10. How do I book a consultation?

You can request an appointment through the contact form on this website. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to schedule a consultation. A first consultation comes with no obligation and is meant to discuss your situation and assess whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
